Admission Procedure
The admission in the school is made on the basis of entrance test.At admission time registration, admission, caution money, establisment fee, miscellaneous fee are taken.The school session start from the month of April and ends in the month of march. During session period three terminal examination will be held at every four month (July, November, March).Promotion of students to the next class depends on the academic achievement of the students at the end of year.
Registration/Admission form for new admissions are available from third week of December every year and selection is made on the basis of test and interview so as to determine the capability of the child to pursure the prescribed course of studies.
- Application form for class I will be issued in the month of November-December every year.
- Any child who wishes to join N.S. Memorial Loyola Convent Must be minimum age of 6 years.
- Childs photo's with his/her parrents must accompany the application form.
- The final desission with regard to admission rests with the principal, Recommodations are not considers and donation are not accepted.
- The School authority reserve the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason.
